A Peek Into Our Day: Valentine's Day

We will be having a card exchange and party next Tuesday morning. Please bring 12 unnamed cards or treats (enough for 12). They can be signed by your child but leave the "to" field blank.

We will be having a small party and would appreciate any food items you would like to contribute.

Unfortunately, we are completely full on Tuesday mornings so we can not invite those who are not regularly scheduled to also attend (I hope you understand). However, if those kids would like to bring something for their friends on Monday we will welcome them to do so.

Developmental Screening Tool For Parents

Screening young children is an effective, efficient way for caregivers to catch problems and start treatment when it does the most good ~ during the crucial early years when the child’s brain and body are developing so rapidly.

Because developmental and social-emotional delays can be subtle and can occur in children who appear to be developing typically, most children who would benefit from early intervention are not identified until after they start school. Even pediatricians, the child health specialists, fail to detect delays more than 70% of the time.

Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) and DDRP's are used to follow your child’s development more closely and provide early intervention referrals as needed.
