Hand Foot and Mouth

Well, it seems as though this is the week for illness. We have a child out with hand foot and mouth. This child was in care and symptom free on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.

Please let us know ASAP if your child shows any signs (see link).

In an effort to keep this at a minimum we ask that children who are infected stay home until they are completely symptom free. 24 hours fever free and NO signs of blisters or rash.

Looking Ahead

It's that time again ... Another school year is quickly coming to an end. It will be sad to say good-bye to those going to Kindergarten but I am excited for them and the beginning of a new adventure (for them and you).

Typically this is the time that we send out written summer and fall enrollment requests. However, in an effort to cut down on needless paper waste, I am just going to ask everyone to please touch base regarding any an anticipated changes. This includes withdraw, changes to schedule(increase or decrease or new days) and vacation schedules. We have a few families on a waiting list for the fall and would like to be able to tell them soon if they can plan on an opening or not.

Summer is from June 1st to August 17th and the new school year will begin Monday Aug 20th.

We will be closed for summer break the week of June 18th.

Time For Wipes

Spring Illness

We had quite a few kids with thick, colored mucous today as well as two calls for kids with a croup-like cough.

If your child shows signs of anything more than a CLEAR runny nose we must ask that they stay home.
